PAYMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit is required to hold the date, and start the preparations for your event. Any remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior the event. Your payments validate your signature and agreement to the Terms of Service of this contract. If payment of final balance has not been received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement. In such event, we will have no further obligation hereunder and any deposits made to date will not be refunded. Payments can be made in person/meet up, Apple Pay, Zelle (Kimberley Smith; (916) 914-9539,

CANCELLATIONS Cancellation Policy – If you notify us of cancellation at least 2weeks prior to the event. We will refund half of your deposit. No refunds of the deposit will be given after that date. However, we appreciate you giving as much notice as possible and if we are able to re-book your date, we will apply half of the amount of your unrefunded deposit to a future event.

DELIVERIES & SET UP
All deliveries and set are free within 15 miles radius from our location in our Fairfield, Ca, Additional $50.00 usd for the next 20 miles then $2.00 /miles for the following miles

MULTI DIMENSIONAL SET UP / HEIGHTS RENTAL

Our first commitment to our customer is to make sure all heights & props are in perfect condition. All props and platters must be returned after the event is over or at the latest the following day. There will be a fee of $15/day for late returns. Lost or Damage items will be subject to some additional charges.

Weather and Damage

Eat Pray Graze is not responsible for any conditions that would affect the quality of the product or service such as rain, wind, hail, heat (outdoor weddings) etc. In the event of major weather changes such as earthquakes, we will provide the best possible product, however; we are not responsible for damage that is related. We are not responsible for any damage to the grazing table after delivery and/or set up is complete. Clients are responsible
